No communication for activation or install

Hello, i place order for Phone + Fibre unlimited extra on the 17th of June 2018. But i have yet to receive any communication as to when my action date and or switch over will be. I understand it takes time to switch over service but i just wondered why i have not received any more information. 

When i click on my account overview, it says my order is progressing however, when i click on the "Goto Order Tracker" within the first email i received, it says: "You don't have an order in progress". So i am somewhat slightly confused.

Sorry to hear this has happened. 

 

I can see that one of our Provisioning agents has updated your account not too long ago. 

 

Please click here to view the ticket they have supplier.
