No cashback email

I joined plusnet at the end of November. It has been over 30days and still no cashback claim email. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry for the lack of communication there has been with your cashback. From checking our systems, the email to claim your reward was sent on 11/12/2019. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
