No broadband

22/1/18 put my order in

29/1/18 checked to see if you where using the correct phone number for my phone and broadband

29/1/18 you replied say yes it's the number on the order form (01253......87)

10/2/18 had letter from my business telephone line saying you where trying to take my phone line (01253.......02)

12/2/18 had  letter from my business telephone line you where trying to take my broadband services (01253.....02)

22/2/18 phone was finally connected and  had message to say broadband would be connected within 48 hours on

my new phone number 01253........19

26/2/18 still no broadband

I hope this will be sorted out soon
