No broadband since switching - what is going on?

Switched to PlusNet from NOW broadband which had been working fine for over a year up until the switch date now > 10 days ago. Since then I have had no internet access. CS at plusnet have been appalling so wondering if anyone in the community has the knowledge to translate their latest contact with open reach to actually explain what on Earth is going on?

‘Order is delayed for KCI 3 as the flow activity is in extra hold Hence, the order details has been shared with the relevant team for the activity to be fluid and get the order completed in all the applications’.

If anyone has any insight into how long this should take that would also be great. Would love to just leave plusnet and/or switch back but apparently this will take 2 weeks so currently we are trapped!

I'm really sorry for the delay you've had with your order.

From what I can see it looks like you're up and running. Is all okay now? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
