No broadband since Nov, email/text updates concerning broadband transfer whilst having line fault.

Hi there, Hope you don't mind me asking if you can look further into my order as I am a little concerned because its displays no dates. I think I was told the 12th Jan on phone but wondered if you had further details as to what the issue was with the migration and line fault? Thanks.
