No broadband, no updates, no communication


We signed up for the unlimited fibre package on the 15.09.20 and was told it would take two weeks to get it activated. Since then we haven’t had any communication form PlusNet to give us an activation date, no reason for the delay and we can’t get through on any of the phone lines, Twitter support, account question system. Nothing. And yet we have still been charged for the first month, with nothing to show for it. The customer service so far has been appalling and if it continues, we will be looking to cancel and go elsewhere. It’s completely unacceptable to charge for a service which you are not providing and not answer any phones/emails/tweets to explain why you are not providing it.

This forum is our last hope for some sort of resolution, can anybody help!
