No broadband connection yet?

I received an email a few hours ago letting me know that my phone line is now activated but nothing for broadband. I've already been without broadband and phone for 3 days now due to issue between Plusnet and our previous provider - both of which are claiming no responsibility. Feeling very unconfidant that broadband will be activated within the next hour - which is the cutoff point!
