No broadband activation

Hi all
I was supposed to be up and running midnight 25th with my new broadband but the hub is still showing orange and “b” icon lit up.
Can someone check this is correct? I have checked the login details which seem to be right.

[CSA Removed] on the Chat as activated my Broadband now 🙌 thanks
