No automatic cashback

Hi,

I signed up to Plusnet via Money Saving Expert back on 21/09.

This offer included £75 automatic cashback.

I have checked today as I had no memory of this being paid.

I have, instead, found an email from Plusnet rewards in my spam folder but this has now expired.

I should have had automatic cashback instead - I don't have any screenshots but I refer to another community post around the same time which confirms same offer:
"Confirming cashback - conflicting information
‎01-10-2018 8:29 AM"

Can this be rectified please.

I'm sorry to see your cashback wasn't auto-redeemed when it should've been.

I've raised this with our billing team and we should have a reply within 5 working days.

We'll update you as soon as we know more.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

I can confirm we've issued a cheque for £75.

You should receive this within the next 14 days.
