I had fibre with BT so there was no need for an engineer visit it's purely the backend switch over.
I now cannot work and need to do online shopping for 2 vulnerable people. Is there any way this can be flagged to OpenReach?

Sorry for the delay with your broadband activation. I've chased this up with our suppliers and I've been advised that the order's stuck in the system and they're escalating this to the relevant team to fix within the next 24-48 hours.
I'm taking this on personally and I'll update you as soon as I know more.
