Please can someone in Plusnet support customer services chase up my reward card e-mail. I've not received anything, but this was on offer when I joined Plusnet. Thank you
For information do not rely on Plusnet support seeing these community messages. My Reward card only got resolved by using the Plusnet helpline telephone number and a support question to Plusnet directly
