Last year I had an awful experience trying to get the Reward Card I was promised for signing up, Plusnet said I had got the email (I defo had not) and was too late to claim, altho I eventually got it.
I have recently renewed my contract and was offered another £50 cash back as a reward for staying.
Like last year there has been no email about claiming the reward card, and I notice lots of your customers have the same issue, what is going on? How can I claim my reward card?
