I took out a new broadband contract with Plusnet which began on 14th July, but have not received the £70 Reward Card email I was promised. Could you look into this, please?
It seems to have happened to a lot of people. It is also annoying that no sooner had I renewed my contract at "the same great deal as a new customer" than Plusnet dropped the price for new customers by £5 a month. The timing was probably a coincidence but it still left me feeling like I'd been played. It's no way to treat a long-term customer.
