No Line Activation

I'm trying to contact plusnet on their phone line to no luck. However, I was meant to have out activation today to allow us to set up our broadband. But heard nothing and can't get hold of them to follow up. Any advise?

I can see your order completed the same day that you'd posted and it looks like you're up and running.

Is all okay now?
