I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.
It looks like the physical work required on your order is completed, but it's delayed in porting your telephone number over to us. I've got in touch with our suppliers and they've manually completed the number port now.
I'm expecting the order to complete within 24 hours, I'll keep an eye on this and check back then.
