Any update!?!?
I have no idea where the ticket is now and what hope of any resolution there is!
Do I need to go to twitter/facebook etc and email your CEO!?!?!

I'm very sorry for the lack of response on this thread, I can see one of my colleagues has this in hand via the ticket on your account and has replied in detail to you. I sincerely hope this gets resolved soon for you.

Just had an email from the escalation I had raised when I was dealing with this matter for you, the new order is in place and has been expedited for completion tomorrow. My colleague who took over this matter should confirm once all is done but wanted to make sure that you knew where things were

Yes - after an email to your CEO things may be moving, although, without being too negative, we have been exactly here before.
Still no service here - but lets hope it get online today or Monday at the latest.

they keeps sayng about 10 working days but i joined on the 17th of june and should have had service yesterday then they changed it to the 5th now thats not happening either now it the 14th will plusnet ever get my line working cos so far it all been lies and dishonesty and false emails

Guys
I am glad to say that on Day 61 service was provided.
I still find it unbelievable that it took this long, and the hidden costs of 3/4G to tide us over and also grief from Wife and kids are unwelcome. You just dont know what 61 days means until you suffer it.
Lets hope that the future service meets the mark.
