Upgrade order place 3rd December. Email receiver that upgrade will be activated on 7th December. We have had no Internet for 2 days and after spending hours on the phone still no Internet, promises that it will be working in 1 to 2 hours last night , but still no Internet. Testing is now in progress with Open reach over an hour , but still no feed back or Internet. Unbelievable!!

Upgrade from FTTC with Plusnet to FTTP with Plusnet - or a change of provider?
If all with Plusnet, has the FTTC service ceased?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
