No Internet Access. (New to Plusnet)

Hi, I am new to Plusnet, but I am not happy at all. I paid my bill in advance with activation fee and broadband should be on 2nd of Jan. Still doesnt work. Nobody contact from custumer care I had to contact them. Plusnet told me service will be on 12th January. Thats ridiculous. I should stay with BT!!! Bad start Plusnet!
