Welcome to the forums. I've claimed this for you on your behalf. The email was showing as sent on the 3rd September at 12:01 am so it might be worth checking your spam folder (though the link won't work when you click it as I will have claimed it for you). The reward emails are sent from email@example.com so it might be worth adding it to your safe list as that's where the claim confirmation will be sent from too.
