No Email for card

Hi.  Looking at the forum this is the place to resolve my problem. Service activated 27 Aug 2019 through PlusNet Website.  Still waiting for email for £70 card as advertised on sign up.  Can you please help.  All chats were busy through PlusNet Website.

Welcome to the forums. I've claimed this for you on your behalf. The email was showing as sent on the 3rd September at 12:01 am so it might be worth checking your spam folder (though the link won't work when you click it as I will have claimed it for you). The reward emails are sent from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com so it might be worth adding it to your safe list as that's where the claim confirmation will be sent from too.
