No Cashback

Phoned up to cancel plusnet on 24th August as i found an unbeatable deal with BT worked out at 14.72 a month was persuaded to stay wirh a deal on broadband plus 50 cashback to beat the BT amount.

Was told I would get an email within 10 days with a form or a cheque straight to my door.

Suprise suprise had neither, Where is my cashback please ?
