Hi my mum has recently changed from sky she had an activation date for the phone on the 11/3/19 and 12/3/19 for the broadband the phone is working but the broadband isn't heard nothing saying that the broadband is activated could someone from plusnet give me advice on how to sort this out thanks

Thanks ofr getting in touch and I am sorry that your broadband had not activated for you.
I have reviewed your account and orders and have made some amendments to the settings which looks to have activated this for you.
