No Broadband or any order updates on my account

Hi I have contacted a member of your team twice, once on the 4th of sept and again 14th of sept I was told there was an error with my first order and that it was put thru again also was told that I would be contacted by email and text. I have recently moved and none of my details have been updated on the website aswell as no information when im having line checks I would like to be updated and told when I will have broadband as I need it for college and work and its causing a huge delay thanks
