No Broadband for over a month when you advised within 5-7 working days?!
Im a single mother and a key worker that now has to try and work from home. I joined Plusnet on 17th March and I receive the following:
You activate the phone line straight away and take my money, and then I received a text to advise that Broadband wont be connected until 2nd May!!!!
I've sent 3 Tweets to plusnethelp (as advised on the site) - Heard NOTHING.
Really cross as I now need to work from home, with 2 children who want to school work and help support my work as a key worker.
Appreciate this is a busy time but MAY?!!!!!!!!
