I placed my order on the 17th March - and requested a delayed activation to the 2nd April. Since then it was discovered there was a cease on the line until the 29th of March - this has now been ended. I've had no further information on when my activation date is - however I got a notification that my router has now been sent out.
I checked on my queries and saw there was an error processing my order which had stated
Please investigate Plusnet order update failure. Please place manually"
I really need this sorted as soon as possible as the delay for activation is already going to cause issues for me working from home.
