Newbie waiting for line activation

Hi, my talk talk broadband has ended today and my plusnet account was suited to transfer over today but hasn't! Can anyone tell me when my account will be activated...we need the Internet.

Just spoken with a great support assistant whom is hopeful my account will be activated tom - great service.

I can see that the orders have completed, however your router isn't connecting correctly. Can you try a factory reset of the router please, there's a small pinhole on the back that you need to hold something in until the lights go out.

Thanks Chris, we have Internet now, I have reset the router. The spore doesn't seem as good as previous supplier - is there anything else I can do/check? All lights are green. Thank you

What kind of speeds are you seeing?

Based on the stats I'd expected 5-6Mb/s on speedtest, maybe a little more.
