I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. In regards to the router been received usually it is within a week that the connection goes live however this is not always the case. You should have received a separate email with the date that the service will go live.
As the username you have linked to your account is not correct I am unable to look into this for you. Please contact our support team for any further problems.
