New to plusnet. NHS worker trying to work from home.

I’ve recently moved into a new property and the landlord has Openreach install the line. Last week the phone line was activated but we are still waiting for the broadband to become live.

A number of us are trying to work from home and I work for the NHS so despite them saying they’re prioritising key workers in this situation there’s no actual way to get through to customer support.

Re: New to plusnet. NHS worker trying to work from home.

Thanks for your post @frenchfry

Sorry for the delay with your order. I've looked into this for you and I can see everything completed in the supplier systems on the 24th March but we failed to activate your account automatically however we've done that yesterday afternoon.

Our tests are showing your router's stuck in the auto-setup mode. I've given things a poke, can you try a factory reset of your router by pushing a paperclip into the reset pin hole at the back for 15 seconds?

Let me know how you get on.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
