New to PN-My order progressing

I recently signed up to PN for fibre broadband extra, my activation date is next Wednesday,I got an email saying it should take 5-7 days however it's going to take well over 10+ days.

Any chance this could be moved forward as 10+ days is a tad extreme? Or anyway is rush things?

Fix

With fibre activations we are reliant on the availability of an engineer to complete the work at the local cabinet, unfortunately the earliest available for you is the 17th August.
