Hey, I've ordered an upgrade to fibre and the initial email said it'd be switched on the 29th, tomorrow, yet it looks like the new router needed hasn't been sent out yet.

Hi @catharsisinjune, thanks for getting back to us. Checking into your order I can see it was initially placed and requested for the 29/11/19 however this looks to have been changed and committed by our suppliers to the 11/12/19. This is often the case if engineer availability in your area is rather scarce at the time and I'm afraid there's nothing we can do our side to progress your order any sooner.
