Hi,
My broadband is due to start tomorrow but I still haven't received my router.
I got a text on 0//08/2019 saying it had been sent and on the order status page it seems to indicate that it was already delivered but I still haven't received it.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi @mattrob98,
I've just checked and the router was dispatched out 10 days ago, as you haven't received it I've sent another one, but there's a high chance this won't be received by tomorrow. Do you have a third party router at all that we might be able to offer instructions on to get you connected tomorrow?

Thanks for that.
My parents have a BT smart hub 1 or 2 that I could potentially use for the next few days. I've already found guides online to set these up so don't worry about sending me instructions for these.
