I have just set up my new router, however I have noticed on the Plusnet Hub under 'my services' that the 'broadband username' associated with the router is someone else's email address. Will this be a problem?
If the username is email@example.com then it's not a problem as the router should self configure with your username.
If it's different to that and not <youraccountname>@plusdsl.net , then it IS a problem and you need to contact PlusNet
