New router associated with someone else's broadband user name

I have just set up my new router, however I have noticed on the Plusnet Hub under 'my services' that the 'broadband username' associated with the router is someone else's email address. Will this be a problem?

If the username is setup@plusdsl.net then it's not a problem as the router should self configure with your username.

If it's different to that and not <youraccountname>@plusdsl.net , then it IS a problem and you need to contact PlusNet

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
