New plusnet account query

I was supposed to be transferred over from EE on 13/09 , I received a text telling me that there was a delay in getting new routers but that I should receive mine by 06/09 since then I have heard absolutely nothing ! 

I have tried various time to get in touch via phone line but I'm just constantly on hold 40 - 60 minutes and the online chat facility is never available Can anybody help ?
