New order not going very well!

SO I setup a new order to transfer in last week.

I got a BLANK email welcoming me.

I have had 2 messages on the ticket system saying there is a problem with the phone, and that it has been rejected, then cancelled as no broadband order was connected to it.

So I have had a message from Shell who say I am leaving on the 30th, but NOTHING from PN about any dates. My account side has a {date} instead of an actual DATE in it.

Can someone check this is ACTUALLY HAPPENING or I will just cancel and move to TT.

The plusnet team are quite pants tbh. I'm going to be cancelling my order and sticking with talk talk believe it or not, the customer service was better with them!

Might be worth trying Gandalf - he's online at the moment.

Plusnet seem to be thin on the ground via the forums recently and while it was once covered heavily by staff it’s a community forum after all.

Quickest way to get help at the moment is by phoning them on 0800 432 0200.

I did phone them and spent 20 min on the line to get a CS rep.

Re: New order not going very well!

Hi there @ HairyMcbiker,

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate your comments and and sincerely apologise for the delay in responding here.

I can see you have since been in touch with us and have decided not to go ahead with your order. I'm sad to see you go and apologise once again for the experience.

I wish you well and hope this does not prevent you from considering us at some time in the future.

Thank you also for your help on the community forum - LF
