New order not completed

Hi, I placed an order for new phone and broadband on the 6th July.  The phone has been connected and I've had the rewards email saying everything is now set up so I can claim the reward.

I haven't received a router and when I check the status it shows still in progress.

Is this sort of delay normal at the moment?
