New order no info

Hi all,

I placed an order for silent line and unlimited broadband and have had no communication or updates at all from Plusnet.
Frankly I’m a bit worried about the customer service side of things and considering cancelling as inside my 14 days.
I’ve tried calling (always on hold), no live chat available and no response from twitter either . Seems I can’t get contact from anyone in Plusnet!
I am hoping there is a Plusnet employee on here to message me with any info on this order as to it’s progress

Have sat on hold today to customer services for 40 minutes and could not get through. Tried again and now can’t even get through.
Still no reply from twitter or an open ticket , this customer service is shocking.
I want to cancel my order and go with a different ISP.
Can anyone advise if I put an order in with a different isp will this automatically cancel the Plusnet order? I can’t get through to anyone to cancel!
