Hi, I am wondering if anyone can shine some light on to this for me,
I have ordered a new connection from Plusnet for 36mb fibre, and a new line... I have checked the order tracking page on my account, and it says "We're taking a first payment of £15.99 for your account.". My question is, why is this payment here if the service doesn't go live until 24th Jan 2020 and I have already paid for the activation, new line and first month totalling £83.98?
Should this charge be there or not?
