New order but no email confirmation.

Made a new order for Fiber 900, got a contract summary email but nothing else and can't login using the details I setup.
Can someone check it all went through okay?

Any chance of a reply today, or do I presume the order hasn't gone through.

Do Plusnet have an email address, absolutely refuse to spend 45 minutes in a phone system.

Thanks, yes phone calls really aren't convenient. Shame there isn't just an email address.
