New order. No progress

Ordered broadband 29th June. No hub or text etc. Now phoneline disconnected by old supplier so now no internet access or landline. Rubbish service from Plusnet

I've checked your order and can see that the service is due to go live on 27/7/20. Unfortunately it seems to have been delayed due to engineer resourcing issues in your area. I've just tried calling to make sure you're aware of this and there was no answer. I'll give you another try tomorrow.

This has since been ordered, as they're sent Royal Mail 1st Class I'd expect the hardware to be with you very shortly.

Hub received today July 21st. Thanks for sorting order out. Just hope Bt man arrives on Monday as planned.
