New member need to keep current landline

I have just switched from TalkTalk today to Plusnet and received a text with the date of switch over for broadband and phone and the have given me a new landline number. I need it confirmed before then we can keep our existing number or will have to cancel our order unless something can be done beforehand if anyone knows? Thanks 😊

Hi there,

I've replaced your order to import your landline number. 

We should be able to confirm your transfer date within 2 to 3 working days. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
