I do sincerely apologise for the delay in your router being sent. Although your orders aren't yet complete, they are due to complete today.
I understand you've since discussed this with an advisor over the phone and the router should now be on it's way. We always have to advise 3-5 working days for delivery, however they are sent via first class post and do generally arrive sooner.
Hopefully you're not waiting too long, however again I do apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
