I switched from NOW broadband to plusnet on the 3rd October. Still not received the router or email to say it's been sent out. Yesterday the internet connection was ceased. Plusnet are usually quicker than this. Why the delay???

I'm getting really annoyed now, I cant get through to plusnet, messages on Twitter unanswered and raised tickets online unanswered too. Nothing is happening and they have took payment. I'm now thinking of cancelling because of really poor service, if you dont sort this out this week I will be cancelling the whole contract and sending you a letter to get my payment back. I will also cancel the direct debit if it has been set up. You have failed in the terms of the contract! Get on with it !
