New customer

Hi

my broadband was due to go live today I had a text to say my phone line was connected but no broadband

im using my ASU’s router as n router is no good for me

the message on router says invalid account or wrong password have tried changing the password didn’t work

three times tried customer service can’t get a answer 

so has my broadband been connected or not

@Smokie6623 welcome to the forums. Your router login is your user name (not the forum one, unless it is the same) and the password associated with that username.

Note that it can take up to midnight of your 'go live' date for the connection to become fully active.
