I placed the fiber order and signed up on 22 March. Two weeks have passed while I still have not received any information from Plusnet about the activation date. No emails or texts. I have no idea whether I need the engineer visit, and I don't know whether the installation will take place inside or outside my flat. I know it's a difficult time because of the coronavirus outbreak. Is there anyone who can help? Anyone from Plusnet can answer my queries?
To be specific, I have the following 3 questions:
1. when can I receive the router?
2. when is the activation date?
3. if delayed, can I cancel the order now?
