New customer to Plusnet Broadband

Hi

I'm new to Plusnet having just moved from Virgin. I've orderd fibre broadband and the new phone was fitted on Monday, but I still cant connect to the internet even though there is a blue light on my router. Any help would be appraciated, as I can't get through to plusnet on the phone, and they havent yet responded to my service ticket.

All sorted now, thank you! I just needed to ring Plusnet and they said they'd forgotten to do somehting during the installation, which they fixed there and then. Took me 55 mins on hold, but that's udnerstandable at the moment and when I did get through they got it fixed straight away.
