Switched to Plusnet because if its 'Excellent Customer Service' awards, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone. Now on on hold for the third time today (and countless other times during the past few days) - how many HOURS!! Do I have to be on hold listening to torturous so-called music?
Phone line was connected on 25th September. Router sent out just two days earlier on 23rd September – still not arrived.That's two whole weeks. And I can't get hold of anyone to sort it out.
