New customer question.

Hi All

When i signed up to plusnet broadband offer on the 5th September 2016,

The website said free broadband for 12 months plus £50 cash back all for £17.99 line rental,

My question is how long does it take to get my £50 cash back?

It now turns out because of a glitch on the plus net new members sign up area and an agent had to phone me to finish my order off i dont get the £50 cash back now, what a rip off

We send out an email within the first 10 working days of the service going live, that contains a redemption link and information about what to do next.

I have double checked all my emails from plusnet (i saved them all) and cannot find any link.

Hi @karln

 

Although I appreciate the offer online at the time you signed up offered £50 cashback, you appear to have signed up over the phone, whereas the cashback offer was an online offer, therefore your account was not signed up on a cashback offer.

 

Was cashback discussed at all over the phone when signing up?

All sorted now cashback on its way,

Thanks to a phone call from Plusnet today,

There was a crossed wire when on the phone,
