New customer phone line activated; broadband not online

Hi, I’ve been texted that everything is ready however my broadband is not running. I require someone to activate it on plusnet’s side but phone line is not going through. I work from home and I need this issue fixed ASAP if possible

@Famajay If you have been advised that phone-line and internet have been activated today, it can take up to midnight for all the back-end components of you broadband connection to be completed.
If you still have no internet tomorrow, report back and someone may be able to help.
