New customer - past due date, Not activated

Hi there,

 

We originally ordered on the 26th August and were told our activation date would be the 12th Sept. We were then told the ordered had been delayed and our new activation date would be the 22nd Sept (!) - it's now the 23rd, and we're not activated. Please help!

Hi, I would like to join this question, as I am in similar situation. Got message that the internet connection will be ready by 23rd September and no further information received. Could you please provide an update on progress? I would really appreciate, if you could improve the priority on my installation and complete it before the end of the week. Many thanks

I am really sorry to hear that there was a delay in processing your orders.
