I could do with some assurance about the current state of my order.
I signed up on 13/3, got my router on 25/3. The last thing I heard (26/3) was that there was a problem and Support would be in touch.
I desperately need to get back to work and I need internet to have a chance to do that.
There should be no need for an engineer as the line was working fine until I was disconnected on 16/3. That's obviously a worse case situation that I have to avoid.
Ultimately I'm just waiting for the text that allows me to set everything up. The temptation to do that now is real.
